2010 the year of living hospitality.
Saturday, 16th January 2010
Source : Ron Yudd
Maybe one of the things we can do for our guests and customers this year is to re-commit to hospitality.

Being hospitable and making our guests feel welcome has always been at the heart of our business. Simple things done well always have the most impact.

Genuinely making people feel welcome, creating comfort, and making guests feel that they are part of our family are the simple hospitality concepts.

Being a hospitality success is found in the commitment and execution of these simple concepts. It all begins with us---maybe its time to remind ourselves of our simple roots and why many of us came to this industry and why we are still at it.

Let's re-commit to living these simple hospitality concepts and working to instill them in our staff and others. I guarantee if we take this approach in all that we do..... it will be a very productive year!
